BABYMETAL launches its 2026 North American tour on August 30 at Petco Park in San Diego, beginning a 20-appearance run that crosses the United States and Canada through October 3.
The opening night places BABYMETAL on one of the biggest stages of the itinerary: the trio will appear as a special guest on My Chemical Romance’s The Black Parade 2026 Stadium Tour. The Petco Park event is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. local time.

A stadium opening in San Diego
The San Diego appearance is separate from BABYMETAL’s own headline production. It gives the group a stadium-scale opening slot before the main tour moves to Denver on September 2. From that point, Halestorm and Violent Vira join the headline run as special guests, except where the itinerary becomes part of a festival bill.
The route combines major amphitheaters and arenas with two large rock festivals. It includes the tour’s only Canadian stop at Toronto’s RBC Amphitheatre on September 7, Louder Than Life in Louisville on September 19, and the North American finale at Aftershock in Sacramento on October 3.
